Mark Zuckerberg: Lizard Person?

Let's talk conspiracy theories. Websites and social media outlets are filled with information and memes about often-times insane sounding conspiracy theories that center around government officials or figures with a lot of media attention.
One of my all-time favorite conspiracies is David Icke's addition to the popular New World Order theory, the Reptilian Theory. This specific conspiracy theory claims that shape-shifting reptilian aliens control Earth by taking on human form and gaining political or social power to manipulate human societies. Though this theory sounds insane to many, it has actually developed a pretty large following of people who genuinely believe that people such as the Clintons, George W. Bush and Ted Cruz, are all secretly lizard people that plan to destroy the United States and bring about a new world order. This bad press has become pretty widely known by internet users and has even gotten coverage from major media outlets such as Time and Vox.
Facebook founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, has been one of the most recent targets of the reptilian theory. People have made many tweets and Instagram posts pointing out how uncomfortable he looks and sounds when talking and pretending to be him trying to act like a human. Zuckerberg actually addresses all of the accusations of him being a lizard person in a Q&A video, pointing out how silly the question is and denying that he is a lizard person which is exactly what a lizard person would say. His denial made internet users go wild with edits of the video like this one. Though this was probably not the response he wanted, hopefully, Zuckerberg will keep up his good attitude about the accusations and continue to laugh with the people creating the memes and videos.
How do you feel about this reptilian theory? Why do you think it has become so popular on the internet? If you were Zuckerberg's Publicist how would you handle these accusations? Let me know in the comments below!
